The Psalm of the day is 97. Its placement tells me that it will reveal a little insight into judgement.
97:1 YHVH is King (The LORD reigns)...In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. there was no judgment on the empty earth. Then God said, "Let there be light." The light was judged. God said it was "good." I still do not see the earth coming under judgement. Gen 3:17 says the ground was cursed because of Adam but it did what God required of it and produced thorns and thistles... no mention of judgement. ...let the earth rejoice! (97:1b) But what of the rest of creation?
The 2nd commandment: Do not bow to an idol.
God judges idle worship. 97:7-9
Let all those be ashamed who serve graven images, who boast themselves of idols; worship Him, all you gods. What are you doing checking your horoscope warrior of God? Why are you contorting your body into yoga poses? Worship YHVH and have nothing to do with the visual aids and teaching tools of rebel gods. Hate evil... 97:10
Zion heard and was glad, and the daughters of Judah have rejoiced because of Thy judgments, O LORD,
For Thou art the LORD Most High over all the earth; Thou art exalted far above all gods. Psalm 97:7-9
Horoscopes, yoga, trick-or-treating and bowing at a christmas tree will not cause you to loose your Salvation. We live by grace, not by works. I'm jus sayen... The Almighty uses women and men who are sold out to Him. Warriors who are so in love with the master that they need nothing but Him... Christ alone!
In Him was life and the life was the light of men. John 1:4
The light was the first thing God judged. Life is in the Word of God, it is the light of believers in this present darkness John 1:5 We are under daily temptation to bring darkness into our life. We think that because we have the light, then the darkness must be redeemed because of our presence. But let me remind you sweet warrior, God is looking for women, for men whose hearts are fully His, who live His Way instead of their own. Live as Jesus lived. You will not be perfect but when you are judged, you will hear, "Well done thou good and faithful servant; enter into the joy of your master." The rest will enter heaven, but look at 1Corinthians 3:15!
If any man's work is burned up, he shall suffer loss; but he himself shall be saved, yet so as through fire. 1Corinthians 3:15Fire goes before Him Psalm 97:3a
Love God, walk as Jesus walked, be a warrior!
