Morning Devotions: Believe II

Romans 10:9-13 if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord (Y’shua is YHVH), and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation. For the Scripture says,
"WHOEVER BELIEVES IN HIM WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED." (Isaiah 28:16)
For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, abounding in riches for all who call on Him; for
"WHOEVER WILL CALL ON THE NAME OF YHVH WILL BE SAVED." (Joel 2:32)
Of the hundreds of thousands who came out of Egypt, only 2 endured, only 2 believed when they were faced with giants infesting the land they were promised. Nearly the entire generation of those who were saved are buried in the sands of modern Saudi Arabia. Have you “Believed on the Almighty-God who loved you so perfectly that He gave his only Son" to pay your sin debt with his life? (If not, why not?). If you have believed in Him, can I see righteousness when I look at you? Can you see it when you look at me?
Romans 10:14-17
How then will they call on Him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in Him whom they have not heard? And how will they hear without a preacher? How will they preach unless they are sent? Just as it is written,    "HOW BEAUTIFUL ARE THE FEET OF THOSE WHO BRING GOOD NEWS OF GOOD THINGS!" (Isaiah 52:7)
However, they did not all heed the good news; for Isaiah says,"LORD, WHO HAS BELIEVED OUR REPORT?"  (Isaiah 53:1)
So faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ.
The word for “saved” in verse 13 is translated from a Hebrew word that means “escape” but what is it we will escape? The tribulation, the wrath of the Almighty is coming upon the land. I dare say it is ready to burst upon us. To AHAMAHN -believe is to escape the wrath. It is what is known as the rapture. Call him by name (YHVH) and he will give you the way of escape. Believe and let the righteousness of believing Him work itself out in your life-style. Don’t let the end of days come and not be living what you believe.
Romans 10:18-19
But I say, surely they have never heard, have they? Indeed they have;
"THEIR VOICE HAS GONE OUT INTO ALL THE EARTH, AND THEIR WORDS TO THE ENDS OF THE WORLD." (Psalm 19:4)

But I say, surely Israel did not know, did they? First Moses says,
" I WILL MAKE YOU JEALOUS BY THAT WHICH IS NOT A NATION, BY A NATION WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING WILL I ANGER YOU." (Deuteronomy 32:21)
Paul ends chapter 10 of Romans with this sad testimony from God, “I (the Almighty) stretched out my hands to a disobedient and stubborn people” That is the testimony that stopped me from thinking, “Someday I will become a Christian, but I still have things that I want to do before I become a goody-two shoes.” On a Sunday in October, 1978, I got a mental picture of myself in a burning house desperately in need of rescue.  A hand came through the smoke and flames, “Take my hand and I’ll get you out of here!” But in my mind, there was something else I wanted before I was saved. Instead of taking the hand I turned around to get that thing. The burning house collapsed, it was too late for me to be saved. The voice of my rescuer was crying, “If she would have just taken my outstretched hand I could have saved her”
Romans 10:20-21
And Isaiah is very bold and says,
"I WAS FOUND BY THOSE WHO DID NOT SEEK ME, I BECAME MANIFEST TO THOSE WHO DID NOT ASK FOR ME." (Isaiah 65:1)
But as for Israel He says,
"ALL THE DAY LONG I HAVE STRETCHED OUT MY HANDS TO A DISOBEDIENT AND OBSTINATE PEOPLE." (Isaiah 65:2)
Don’t let that be Y’shua’s final testimony about you. Believe on the Lord, Y’shua-Jesus and you will be Y’shua-ed (saved)

Lest we become like the Laodicean church:
    Revelation 3:14-22 The Lukewarm Church

14 “And to the angel of the church of the Laodiceans[a] write,

‘These things says the Amen, the Faithful and True Witness, the Beginning of the creation of God: 15 “I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot. 16 So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot,[b] I will vomit you out of My mouth.......
