Meet Bomber

Chris just adopted a Jack Russel Terrier from a navy family on Whidbey Island. He is two years old and even though he is chock full of energy, he is such a good boy! I do not know the family that had to give him up but they must have been good people to have raised such a well mannered little guy. Lucky Chris! I am still looking for a dog for Ray and myself.

  1. What a great looking dog. I know they have tons of energy. Our former neighbors use to have a JRT. That dog got out and ran the neighborhood all the time and there was no way you could catch him. He ran like a jackrabbit. So funny.

Congratulations. I love when people adopt pets. Our Libby has been lots of fun.

  2. He is a firecracker! We walk him three times a day (I usually have the way too early walk at first light, Chris takes the afternoon and evening unless he is working as a fireman, then Ray and I take the after dark walk with him). Even so, it only took two days to get him to quit tugging on the leash and walk next to us. Smart boy! Lots of ball throwing going on.

  3. I feel like my dog walks me instead of me walking her. I watch those Dog Whisperer shows, but I need to put it into practice.

    that look like him.

His name was Tiger. Hub use to say get'm Tiger!

He love to ride in the car with me, and chase the mail boxes as we went by them.

The one day the older fellow (a Farmer name Tugh)who build our cattle fence,
keep tell'n us he want'd my dog and was take him home one day with him.

I did get my dog to him shortly after he said that.

and tough said he took Tiger every where with him, but one day he let him out and he went to chase a car and got hit.

My heart was broke'n,not once, but twice,
once for my lose and once to the lost of Tugh's lose.
Tiger ful our day with joy just be'n himself.

Thanks for share'n that story with us rainsonglife,Love!

  5. Thank you OneLife, the more I learn about you, the more I come to love your heart!

The story of your Tiger is almost a Jesus story, giving up one you love to one who needs love, the one dies, your heart breaks twice.

    Thank-you sweetie-one
